24/7 request

Need It Delivered Now? We'll Get It Moving.

How it works

Five steps. A person still checks the hard jobs.

  1. 01

    Enter pickup and delivery details.

  2. 02

    Calculate your indicative delivery price.

  3. 03

    Confirm availability and transport requirements.

  4. 04

Pay securely when the booking is accepted.

  5. 05

Receive dispatch updates and proof of delivery.

Some bookings need a dispatcher to confirm a vehicle, a carrier cost or a deadline before they can be accepted. You will see “Awaiting availability confirmation” until that happens. Payment is only offered for a price that can be fulfilled.

Delivery services

Availability depends on the route, the goods, the transport provider and the deadline. None of these pages promise that a vehicle is free right now.

Pricing, before you pay

Indicative prices come from the rate card. A confirmed booking price is a figure dispatch has authorised, or a verified metro job with automatic acceptance switched on. The two are labelled differently. GST treatment follows the business setting: prices exclude GST.

Sydney Metro Express

From $149.00

Base $99.00 · $2.50 per km · minimum $149.00

Availability is not guaranteed. The collection time is confirmed only after a vehicle is allocated. This rate does not include tolls.

After-Hours Express

From $249.00

Base $179.00 · $3.00 per km · minimum $249.00

An after-hours request is not a guaranteed collection time. Public holiday loadings are additional. Tolls are not included.

Overnight Priority

From $349.00

Base $249.00 · $3.50 per km · minimum $349.00

Transit depends on the route, driver hours and road conditions. This service cannot be accepted automatically.

Interstate Dedicated Hotshot

A dedicated vehicle for urgent interstate or regional road freight. The figure is a pricing model, not a carrier quote.

Indicative from $799.00. Not a confirmed rate.

Complex Emergency Freight

For urgent deliveries requiring specialised vehicles, long-distance coordination, unusual operating hours or complex transport arrangements. Final pricing depends on the route, goods, availability and deadline.

Indicative from $1,500.00. Not a confirmed rate.

Questions dispatch actually gets

There is no published collection guarantee. A collection window is shown only after a driver has actually been allocated. Until then the status is “awaiting availability confirmation”.
