Evening, early morning and weekend requests use the after-hours rate card. Out-of-hours handling sits inside that rate, so it is not added again as a second fee.
Lodging a request after hours does not mean a driver is already free. The tracking page stays on “awaiting availability confirmation” until a person records that a vehicle can do the job.
